SWORDFISH ROLLS

INGRIEDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:

– 12 thin slices of swordfish (50 gr one)
– 10 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
– 1 orange
– 2 lemons
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Mint in small pieces
– passoles
– Pine nuts
– 2 Cucchai grana padano cheese
– salt
– pepper

METHOD:

-Clean swordfish well by removing bones and skin
– Combine in a bowl: crumb, oil, squeezed lemon, orange juice, mint a
pieces, passoli, pine nuts, grana padano, salt and pepper.
-Proceed with the realization of the rolls.
– Cook for about 15 minutes at 180  degree in the oven, or grill.
