Sicilian rolls with sword fish or beef
Sicilian swordfish rolls can be prepared in the oven or in a pan. The traditional filling and the breading make it a very tasty second course! I love to cook the fish (a little less so to clean it!), and for some time, I wanted to try my hand at the Sicilian swordfish rolls recipe that I love but had never attempted! The result exceeded my expectations: the soft, moist fish and the tasty filling. I also invite you to give it a try. Preparing them is easier than you might think!
