PISTACHIO SEMIFREDDO INGREDIENTS:

750 ml fresh liquid cream (or vegetable cream)
100 g pistachio paste
4 egs
50 g sugar
q.b. pistachio grains (to decorate)
q.b. pistachio cream (to decorate)

HOW TO PREPARE THE SEMIFREDDO WITH PISTACHIO CREAM

To prepare the pistachio semifreddo, first make sure that all the ingredients are very cold.

1 whip the cream
2 separate the yolk and white of the eggs
3 whip the egg whites until stiff
4 whip the yolk with 50 grams of sugar
5 mix the 3 compounds and add the pistachio paste
6 mix everything gently
7 place in bowls of your choice and store in the freezer for at least 2 hours
8 serve at the table with chopped pistachios, pistachio cream or dark chocolate as a topping
