This experience will give you a chance to be in the old town of Palermo and enjoy the cultural and culinary trip in one day. After the shopping in the market we will go to the house of chef Antonio. There we will start the cooking class and we will enjoy the lunch/dinner together.

PROGRAM:

-10 am  Meeting point – by the Cathedral (Duomo) entrance.Typical sicilian     breakfast (coffee, orange juice, cappuccino and croissant).On the                      way to the Ballaro market ( the oldest Arabic market in Palermo)                      you will see Palermo Cathedral, Norman palace and Carmina                            church  (chiesa del Carmina).  In Ballaro market we will buy                              vegetables, fish, sea food and all the rest for cooking class. Chef                        Antonio will explain  you, how to find the best goods of the season.                  You will feel like a real Sicilian,when  you will stop to drink with                       local people  glass of wine in the old taverna.

-12 pm – Starting to move to place for cooking class.

– 2 pm – We can sit and enjoy the lunch.

– 5 pm – Drop off to the hotel.
